Agrawal Capital recently engaged in a discussion around strategic options for a client. This project aimed to help the client evaluate its financial position and long-term direction amidst tightening margins and growth opportunities requiring significant investment. The engagement included two workstreams: finance advisory support on topics like capital structure and cash flow management, and an independent assessment of strategic options with a focus on potential transactions, strategic partnerships, or sale scenarios.
A&D Market Entry
Agrawal Capital undertook a strategic consulting project for entry into the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) sector. This project analyzed commercial aerospace, defense, and space sub-markets, including growth drivers and the tiered supply chain. We examined global defense spending, procurement, and venture/private equity activity. The project also covered regulatory compliance (AS9100, ITAR/EAR, DFARS, CMMC, Buy American, DPA, offsets), profiled competitors, and tracked M&A trends. Further analysis included design-to-deployment timelines, cost structures, margin profiles, capital intensity, and regional policy trends across key geographies.
